  • Placing an order
Follow these steps to place an online order with us:
  1. Select style and your size
  2. Click the "Add to Cart" button
  3. Select quantity
  4. Enter shipping and billing information
  5. You are all set!
If you still need help placing an order, please contact us and a member of our customer service team will assist you.

  • Sizing
Sizing information for apparel can be found under “View Sizing Chart & Product Details” on each product page.

Please strictly follow the size chart to select the size. Do not select directly according to your habits.

We provide accurate sizing information on each product page.

  • Track my order
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for shipping information to update on the website.
 
If you haven’t received an email from us, check your spam or promotions folder. If you can’t find yourtracking information, pleasecontact us.
 
Note: There may be delay between scanning events and the website's updates. Once we have shipped the item, the tracking status will take a few days to be updated online by the shipping company. Therefore, please hold on for a few more days and try again later.

    • Change size or color

    Send us an email with your order number and desired changes, and we’ll edit the order for you.

    Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they have gone into production.

    Please refer to our return policy for information regarding returns and refunds.

    • Confirmation email

    After your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You’ll also receive an email when your order goes into production, and another when your order ships with your tracking information.

    If you haven’t received an email from us, check your spam or promotions folder. If you can’t find your order confirmation, please contact us.

    • Cancel an order
    Simply contact us with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund. We are unable to cancel orders once an offer has closed and 
    we cannot modify orders once they have gone into production.

      *NOTE

      Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.

       Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

      ABOUT PROCESSING TIME

      After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

      Once we receive your payment, we will start to process your order. All items will go through strict Quality Control checks and are well packed before before they are shipped out. So normally the processing time will take around 4 business days. If there is any problems about your order in processing, we will email you.

      ABOUT DELIVERY

      Normally package will be delivered to your home directly.

      If you have any issue about shipping and delivery, please submit a ticket to support center. We will reply you in 24 hours.

      HOW TO FOLLOW MY PACKAGE?

      We will email you the shipping information after your order is shipped out.

        • Can I deliver to multiple addresses?
        Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

        • Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
        Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

        • VAT and customs charges

        We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

        Depending on your country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges.We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.

        • Lost order
        If for whatever reason your order was not delivered, please contact us.

        • Return to sender
        If your order is returned to us, we will ship it to your new address after we verify the correct address via email.

          Returns

          (1) Defective Items
          If your product meet the following criteria:

          • The product itself is flawed
          • The print quality is poor
          • The final product is different from the product presented on our site

          Please:

          1. Take pictures of item(s) send it to support@curvestyles.com

          2. We will review your case and resolve it.

          (2) Incorrect Items
          1. Please take pictures of incorrect items, item code and packing information and send them to support@curvestyles.com
          2. We will review your case and resolve it.

          We accept defective /incorrect items for refund or exchange. Please send an email for us and 
          we will offer a solution for youas soon as we can — typically within 24 to 48 hours.

          (3) Sizing

          If you choose wrong sizes, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please send us an email to support@curvestyles.com and we will offer a solution for you as soon as we can — typically within 24 to 48 hours.

          Please NOTE that: We provide accurate sizing information on each product page. Please choose your size based on our SIZE CHART. If your weight is bigger, please choose bigger size.

          (4) Notes for Returns
          Items must be returned with following characteristics:

          • Unworned/used
          • Unwashed
          • In their orginal state with labels, tags and orginal packging.

          The customer is responsible for all shipping cost and these are non-refundable.

          (5) Notes for Exchanges
          One exchange is allowed for each item ordered. We can only accept exchanges in the same style and color that were originally ordered.
          Standard shipping fees will apply for exchanges.

          (6) The below items are exempt from return: Underwear, swimwear, earrings, special categories items and discounted items.

          NOTE: We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days from the date your items were received.
