Return EXCHANGES & RETURNS ARE EASY!
Due to the pandemic, we're temporarily adjusting our online return policy to 90 days from the purchase date for all existing and new orders.
(1) Defective Items If your product meets the following criteria:
- The product itself is flawed
- The print quality is poor
- The final product is different from the product presented on our site
Please:
1. Take pictures of item(s) send it to support@curvestyles.com
2. We will review your case and resolve it.
(2) Incorrect Items
1. Please take pictures of incorrect items, item code and packing information and send them to support@curvestyles.com
2. We will review your case and resolve it. We accept defective /incorrect items for refund or exchange. Please send an email for us and we will offer a solution for you as soon as we can — typically within 24 to 48 hours.
(3) Notes for Returns Items must be returned with following characteristics: - Unworned/used - Unwashed - In their orginal state with labels, tags and orginal packging. You're responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked.
CURVESTYLES is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost and these are non-refundable.
(4) Notes for Exchanges One exchange is allowed for each item ordered. We can only accept exchanges in the same style and color that were originally ordered. You're responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked.
CURVESTYLES not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Standard shipping fees will apply for exchanges.
(5) For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept exchanges or returns of Lingerie sets, mask, undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, tights, underwear, earrings, similar intimate items, special categories items and discounted items.
NOTE: We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days from the date your items were received.
